2) What should I do if the product I receive is in a damaged condition?

A. Please inform our customer support immediately. Using the contact form you can put forth a request to our customer support for a refund or exchange. Please refer our Refund, Return and Cancellation policy to get a clear picture.


3) Can I ship my order to a different address than that of mine?

A. Yes ofcourse, you can mention your required address in the delivery address section.


4) Can I order on public holidays?

A. Yes, you can place your order anytime and on anyday. The only thing to be noted is that If you place an order on a holiday or a weekend then its processing will start only on the business day following the holiday.
